We are a busy practice and work by appointment only.
Once you’ve reviewed everything below, we’ll be thrilled to welcome you into the Soma family.

Financial Policy
Soma Chiropractic is a self-pay practice.
We do not accept or bill insurance, including Medicare.
We also do not provide ICD or CPT codes, as our practice operates outside the insurance model and does not diagnose or bill for insurance purposes.

New Patient Fees

Day 1 Visit (Consultation + INSiGHT Scans): $200
-
Deposit: A nonrefundable $100 deposit is required to reserve both your Day 1 and Day 2 appointments.
This deposit is applied toward your initial visits.
Payment methods accepted: cash, credit/debit, HSA, and FSA.

Because we are not restricted by insurance limitations, we offer simple, affordable payment plans that support long-term wellness.

What to Expect at Your Visits
Day 1 – Consultation & Scans
Your first visit is dedicated to:

A detailed consultation

Nervous system (INSiGHT) scans

Review of health history and goals
Adjustments are not performed on the first visit.
Day 2 – Report of Findings & First Adjustment
During your Follow-Up Appointment, we’ll:

Review your scan findings

Discuss personalized recommendations
-
Go over care plan options
-
Provide your first adjustment (if you choose to begin care)

Commitment to Care Plans
We are a neurologically-based pediatric and family practice focused on long-term, sustainable results — not temporary relief.

Care plans are created based on your individualized findings, and include:

Each plan is tailored to your goals and designed to support your family’s health in the most effective way.

Late Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We are a busy practice and operate by appointment only.
Your scheduled time is reserved exclusively for you, and missed appointments prevent other families from receiving care.

To protect the doctor's time and maintain availability for all families:

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice — for any reason, including incomplete new patient forms — will be charged a $50 nonrefundable fee.

No-call/no-shows will automatically be charged a $50 fee to the card on file.
Your first visit requires a 45–60 minute reserved block, and last-minute changes cannot be filled.

Medicare Patients
At this time, we do not accept Medicare patients.
If you are a Medicare recipient, we encourage you to schedule with a provider who participates in the Medicare program.

Forms & Scheduling Confirmation
New patient forms must be completed at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid automatic cancellation.

Submitting an online request does not guarantee your appointment.
Your visit is confirmed only once your $100 deposit is received.

After scheduling, please check your email for your forms and instructions.

I will contact you within 24 hours (or 1 business day) to confirm your appointment, collect your deposit, and answer any questions you may have.
