Before Your First Visit
After you schedule your appointment you will receive an intake form by text or email. Please complete it for each family member before your visit. Having this information ahead of time allows us to make the most of your time together and ensures we are fully prepared to understand your family's health story from the moment you walk in.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
Your First Visit
During your first appointment we will sit down and take the time to truly listen to your health concerns and understand your goals. We want to get to the root of what is going on, not just adjust for symptoms.
Following this we conduct a detailed assessment of your nervous system using your first set of neurological scans using CLA INSiGHT technology, that is non-invasive and completely safe for the whole family. This advanced scan finds, measures, and quantifies exactly how much stress may be stuck in your nervous system and how stressors are affecting different parts of your nervous system and your overall health.
We use a variety of techniques to accommodate each patient's specific needs and preferences.
Your Follow-Up Visit
At your second visit we will break down your INSiGHT scan results and explain exactly what is going on in your nervous system, answering every question along the way.
Your personalized care plan will be presented, built specifically for you based on your scans, your body, and your goals. With checkpoints along the way we continue to rescan, reassess, and adapt your care as your nervous system heals and evolves.

How long will my visits take? Your first visit is 45 to 60 minutes. This gives us time to listen to your full health history, perform your INSiGHT neurological scans, and typically receive your first adjustment. Your second visit is typically 30 to 40 minutes. This is where we review your scan results and present your personalized care plan. Subsequent visits are shorter, around 10 to 15 minutes, focused and purposeful.
