No referral needed. You can request an appointment directly through our website or give us a call at (561) 728-6060. We will take it from there.
Your first visit includes a thorough consultation, a comprehensive examination, and INSiGHT neurological scans to get an objective look at how your nervous system is functioning. If everything is appropriate, you will receive your first gentle adjustment at that same visit. At your follow-up visit we review your findings together, answer any questions, and outline a personalized care plan built around your specific needs and goals.
Your first visit is approximately 60 minutes. We recommend arriving 5 minutes early. Regular adjustment visits are typically around 10 minutes.
Yes. We will email your intake forms after you schedule. Please complete them at least 24 hours before your appointment so Dr. Cid can come fully prepared for you.
Our office is care plan based. Dr. Cid will recommend a personalized care plan tailored to your individual needs and your family's goals. Care plans are offered as a bundle of visits at a discounted rate, making care more accessible for individuals and families. The investment for your new patient consultation is $200. We accept FSA and HSA cards.
Do you worry about the cost of your healthcare?
We are a cash-based practice and not in-network with insurance providers. This allows us to focus fully on providing the highest quality, most personalized care without the restrictions of insurance coverage. We accept FSA and HSA cards. Please note that we are not able to accept Medicare eligible patients at this time.
Absolutely. Many of our adjustments are subtle, instrument-assisted, and do not require any popping or cracking. Our focus is on optimizing how your nervous system functions, not producing sounds. Care is always comfortable and tailored to you. For babies and toddlers we never crack or pop. We use gentle methods specifically designed for their developing bodies. A pop or crack is not necessary for a successful adjustment.
What is that popping sound?
We’re here to help! If you have additional questions or would like to schedule an appointment, feel free to call or email us. We look forward to supporting you on your journey toward better health.
