Before starting chiropractic care, Jamie was feeling a little “stuck”.  In the middle of postpartum healing, she said she was struggling with stress, her metabolism, and working through back pain.

Navigating the life of being a new mom AND getting back to feeling/functioning at your best can be SO difficult! But, as an incredible momma and hard charger, she wanted to take action to get unstuck. To be the best for herself and her little babe.

Jamie said, “I had tried chiropractic care before. However, I didn’t feel like I was getting an individual and holistic approach.  I felt like everything was just treated the same.” So, when she came to a PX Doc office, she said she felt a very different approach!

With her specific and unique care plan, her nervous system was able to calm and regulate so that her body was no longer in survival mode. It was finally able to get to healing and thriving mode, where things like mood, energy, sleep, and metabolism really take off!

Now, she says: “I have finally seen a change in my health. Since starting chiropractic care, I have lost 20 pounds, and my back pain has significantly improved. Both Jamie and her beautiful daughter get adjusted together, and she says, “We are active, happy, and healthy.”
